If you enjoy any experience you are more likely to remember it, and learning is no different. I understand how to make learning fun, effective, and relevant, and maximize the value created when applied to the workplace.


So how do we make the training relevant, and even potentially dull and dry subjects lively, fun, and interesting?

We do this by:

  • Following a design structure that draws on proven academic research
  • Using accelerated learning techniques
  • Incorporating high levels of interactivity, for example:
  • Running light hearted but focused business games
  • Using live company data where possible
  • Providing realistic case studies
  • Cutting out the jargon and keeping things simple
  • Providing inputs that use our 3 main senses
  • Drawing learning out from day to day events within the business
  • Allowing the delegate to directly reflect on the organization and the job they do
  • Encouraging group work
  • Catering for different learning styles, personality preferences and multiple intelligences
  • Creating a positive atmosphere by using music, activity and games where appropriate
  • Offering blended solutions so that time spent as a group focuses on the really important issues
  • Advocating the use of on-going collaboration
  • Reflecting the culture of your business
  • An injection of energy from lively trainers
  • But above all - By being a bit different!
